It looked and smelled so awful and everyone around me was in paroxysms of revulsion – I’m afraid I’m too smart to eat something that gets that kind of reaction. Moussaka’s bad at the best of times, but this smelled like a crow had got trapped in the chimney and you couldn’t find it.
